  • Ingredients for 2 people
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus of 250 g
  • 20 g of breadcrumbs
  • flakes of parmesan cheese to taste
  • a drizzle of 100% Italian raw extra virgin olive oil
  • grated organic lemon zest to taste

Asparagus au gratin, procedure

Remove the end part of the washed asparagus which is the hardest and place them next to each other, taking care not to overlap them, in a sufficiently large pan lined with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan with the breadcrumbs and the citrus zest to obtain a breading with which you will sprinkle the asparagus. Drizzle with a drizzle of oil, season with salt and cook in a ventilated oven at 170° for 20 minutes.
