We are talking about a poor but healthy dish prepared with very few ingredients, and all of them present in every kitchen and moreover at a reduced cost.

Light and enjoyable, they are simply fantastic and no one can say no to them! Right from the forkful, they restore body and mind and are snapped up in an instant. Then, thus done, they are even more irresistible and they give you that extra charge of joy that you really need to go on with the day at the same pace as in the morning.

  • Instruments
  • a pot
  • a colander
  • a knife
  • a non-stick pan
  • a wooden spoon
  • a spatula
  • Ingredients for 2 people
  • a drizzle of 100% Italian raw extra virgin olive oil
  • chili pepper to taste
  • 160 g of durum wheat semolina spaghetti
  • 1 clove of black garlic
  • a few leaves of fresh basil
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • a tin of tuna in brine of 80 g

Spaghetti with tuna and cherry tomatoes, procedure

Fry the garlic for a few moments in a pan with a drizzle of oil and season the chopped tuna with a fork for 5 minutes. After the necessary time, add the well washed, dried and cut in half cherry tomatoes. Continue cooking for 20 minutes, stirring from time to time and adding a pinch of salt (if necessary) and the chilli pepper halfway through cooking and then seasoning everything with chopped basil.

In the meantime, cook the pasta in a pot of lightly salted boiling water for the cooking time indicated on the box. Once cooked, drain and toss them in the pan with the sauce. Plate them up and flavor them with a drizzle of raw oil, perfume them with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
