In the meantime, whip the cream with an electric whisk. It must be cold, we recommend putting it in the fridge the day before. Separately, we work the condensed milk with the mascarpone, mix so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture. We can incorporate the cream with movements from top to bottom, add the strawberry juice.

Then we cover the mold with cling film and cut the dove into slices, put them in the mold making sure they adhere to the edges and then with a teaspoon we wet the dove a little with water and sugar or some strawberry juice if there is still some .
