Take a non-stick pan and pour the olive oil and butter into it and when it is drained, add the meatballs and cook them on both sides. Let’s go up and blend with the brandy by raising the flame, but don’t pour it directly on the meat, but in the pan. Turn off the heat and transfer the meatballs to a serving dish and prepare the sauce. We dissolve the cornstarch in warm water and add the butter to the pan that we have emptied. Let’s light the fire on medium and when it’s melted let’s shade with another little bit of brandy. When it has evaporated, add the lemon juice and the corn starch dissolved with a little salt and pepper. Mix the sauce and pour it over the meatballs. How tasty!
