500 g of chicken drumsticks
100 g of flour
2 eggs
100 g of breadcrumbs
50 g of grated parmesan
250 ml of milk
30 g of butter
30 g of flour
250ml chicken broth
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Sunflower oil for frying
