Ingredients

1 roll of puff pastry
150 g of white chocolate
100 g of cream for desserts
icing sugar to decorate

How to prepare white chocolate puff pastry rolls

To make these delicious puff pastry rolls, start by heating the oven to 350 degrees. Roll out the puff pastry roll on a flat surface and cut out many not too thick strips. Using cannoli cylinders, wrap the strips around and form the rolls, overlapping them slightly.

Cook the rolls in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, placing them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and let it cool.
