  • 400 g of green zucchini
  • a trickle of natural mineral water
  • a spoonful of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove of black garlic
  • salt up to taste

Diced zucchini in a pan, procedure

Dry the washed courgettes, remove the ends and cut them into chunks which you will cook in a non-stick pan with a solution of water and vinegar together with the garlic, removed but left whole, often turning the vegetables.
