Exotic panna cotta recipe for the holidays

It is an arm that requires a bit of attention, but in its favor it involves costs incurred given that it is made with ingredients that can be easily purchased everywhere. The recipe with the ingredients we will need for the panna cotta are as follows:

200 ml of fresh liquid cream,

50 grams of sugar,

2 sheets of isinglass,

A vial of vanilla flavour,

A ripe mango.

Let’s prepare the perfect exotic panna cotta together

We begin the preparation of the dessert by choosing the isinglass in a small bowl with cold water; Therefore it must remain on for 20 minutes. Heat the liquid cream in a saucepan, adding the vial of vanilla flavouring, mixing everything together, also adding the sugar. Please note that the cream does not have to be whipped but rather has to incorporate the two ingredients we mentioned previously.

Just while the cream is still on the stove, on a low flame, we take the gelatine that we previously melted, squeezing it well and adding it to our context. Let’s mix everything vigorously once again, We pour the mixture into the bowls designed for our dessert, filling them three-quarters fullthis will then be placed in the fridge for at least two hours waiting for the cream to solidify.

In the meantime, we peel the mango, remove the stone and cut the pulp into cubes, this will be placed in a blender and blend until the mixture is homogeneous. Once the necessary time has passed, we take the glasses out of the fridge and cover the cream with the previously obtained counter cream, let everything rest for another hour in the fridge and serve after dinner for dessert.
