- Ingredients
- 150 g of organic eggs
- 30 g of granulated sugar
- 10 tablespoons of cake flour
- 30 ml of 100% Italian raw extra virgin olive oil
- 350 ml of semi-skimmed milk
- to stuff
- a few spoonfuls of nutella
Nutella cream crepes, procedure
In a bowl with a whisk, mix the oil with the sugar and the eggs. Incorporate the milk, the salt and, little by little, also the flour.

Pour a ladleful of the uniform creamy mixture into a crepe pan and let the mixture cover the entire base. Proceed by cooking the crepe for 2 minutes, turning it halfway through cooking and then transfer it to a nice plate. Stuff the crepes with the softened nutella and fold it over on itself to give it its characteristic appearance. Repeat the same operations until the compound is used up. Serve still warm.
