  • a handful of red cherry tomatoes
  • 180 g of spaghetti
  • anchovy fillets to taste
  • 1 clove of white garlic
  • salt
  • red pepper to taste
  • a drizzle of 100% Italian raw extra virgin olive oil
  • a few leaves of fresh basil

Spaghetti alla giovannino, procedure

Brown the minced garlic for a few moments together with the chilli pepper in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Add the well-washed and halved cherry tomatoes and cook with a lid on over low heat for 5 minutes.

After the necessary time, add the chopped anchovies and cook for a few more moments, stirring occasionally, before adding the well-drained al dente cooked pasta. Sauté for 1 minute and serve hot.
