Ingredients

200 g of two different types of pasta
300 g of pre-cooked borlotti beans
150 g of green beans
20 g of almond petals
10 g of chives
1 shallot
80 g of grated Parmesan
100 g of fresh spinach
100 g of whole blanched cherry tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
salt
Pepper
Parsley

Preparation of the farmer’s tasty pie

In a saucepan, fry the chopped shallot in the oil. Add the pre-cooked borlotti beans, the heated green beans, the almond petals and the chives. Leave to flavor for 3-4 minutes and then add the whole cherry tomatoes. Leave to cook for another 5 minutes.

At this point, drop the pasta into a saucepan with plenty of boiling water. Also combine the grated Parmesan and fresh spinach with the previous sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente. Season with salt and pepper and finally add the chopped parsley.

Once the pasta is ready, drain well and pour into the pan with the sauce, sauté well and mix everything, adding a little cooking water if needed. Serve on the table still warm and accompany this delicacy with a good red wine. Enjoy your meal!
