1 kg of cornetto peppers
450 g of sheep’s ricotta
20 pitted black olives
30 g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
pine nuts to taste

Remove any internal seeds and then place them on the hot grill and roast them, or we can place them in a baking dish covered with baking paper and let them cook in a hot oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, put the ricotta in a bowl, add the chopped pitted olives, the pine nuts, a little salt and the grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Mix well with a spoon.
