Ingredients for baked lamb with potatoes

A leg of lamb
Two cloves of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
salt
Pepper
Rosemary
Oil.

For the Potatoes

1 kg of baking potatoes
Extra oil
Garlic pepper rosemary.

Let’s prepare the leg together

Then take the leg, put it on a plate, sprinkle with pieces of garlic, oil, peeled rosemary, pepper, salt and season it on both sides, let it macerate for half an hour with a heavy plate before taking them into the oven. Peel and cut the potatoes coarsely, leave them to soak for 10 minutes, drain, season with oil, salt, pepper, add the rosemary and mix everything together.

Take a nice large baking pan where both the potatoes and the leg will go, add both and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about an hour, turn the leg over and mix the potatoes halfway through cooking.
