  • a spatula
  • two non-stick pans
  • Ingredients for 2 people
  • 25 ml of dry white wine
  • 150 g of defrosted sliced ​​button mushrooms
  • 30 ml of raw extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small clove of black garlic
  • a few tablespoons of flour
  • 300 g of chicken slices
  • a few leaves of fresh basil (optional)

Scallops with lactose-free mushrooms, procedure

In a non-stick pan, brown the garlic in the oil for a few moments and then let the mushrooms flavor for 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, season with pepper, salt and perfumed with the very finely chopped basil.

Meanwhile, soften the chicken slices with a meat tenderizer, flour them and let them flavor for a few minutes in a second pan with the remaining oil, turning them halfway through cooking. Deglaze with the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate before salting and peppering them. Add the sautéed mushrooms and cook for a few seconds to blend the flavours. Serve hot.
