  • 500 g of minced pork
  • 2 white onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices of bread
  • milk to taste
  • salt up to taste
  • white wine to taste

Method

In order to prepare these meatballs, start by putting the extra virgin olive oil, the sliced ​​onion in a pan, let it brown and then add the peeled and grated carrots.

Soften the bread in the milk, squeeze well and set aside. Take a large bowl, put the minced meat, the eggs, the salt, the bread, the grated Parmesan cheese, mix well. We form the meatballs gradually, then put them in the pan with the onions and carrots, deglaze with the white wine and add more oil and cover with a lid.
