  • 50 g of provolone
  • 300 g of chicken breasts
  • a drizzle of 100% Italian raw extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • a few tablespoons of tomato puree
  • mix of spices to your liking

Stuffed chicken breast, procedure

Spread the breast on the cutting board and open it like a wallet. Season with salt and pepper and cover the meat with the slices of provola. Close the chicken on itself and sprinkle it with a mix of spices to your liking.

Cook the stuffed chicken in a lightly oiled non-stick pan for 10 minutes, turning it halfway through cooking. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, season the tomato puree in a drizzle of hot oil. Season with salt and oregano and, at the end of cooking, season the chicken with it. Let it rest for a minute and then serve.
