Baked fennel ready in one minute, ideal if you are on a diet and want to keep fit and why not purify yourself.

We prepare for the swimsuit rehearsal and to get to this one, fit and without excess kilos, we choose carefully what to eat. We tend to eat more protein and fruit and vegetables are the must of the diet and to stay healthy and fit. Let’s say that even the choice of these last two categories of food is well thought out, in fact there are types of fruit and vegetables that contain too much sugar and carbohydrates and for this reason they are consumed more sparingly.

Fennels are the masters of the tables in spring and summer, either because they are light, or because they are fresh, or because they help keep us in shape, they are preferred in the various types of preparation. The oven is obviously the tool that is used the most, but the air fryer also has its good reason. Today we are going to prepare the classic baked fennel, with olive oil and breadcrumbs, simple and tasty and which are cooked by themselves and can be prepared in just a few moments.

It’s not so much to say, these fennels so prepared we really make them in a minute and they cook in less than half an hour. Set the timer and you’ll find out how easy it is.

Ingredients

  • 4 fennel
  • bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • salted ricotta 40 g (grated)

Clearly wash and clean the fennel perfectly and cut them into slices that are not too thin, not too double. let’s take a casserole and put them inside after having sprinkled them well with olive oil or extra virgin olive oil according to your tastes and if you want a lighter or more decisive flavour. Sprinkle with salt according to our taste and needs and then sprinkle with black pepper, better if freshly ground.

How to prepare tasty fennel and ready in a minute

We sprinkle with breadcrumbs to make the surface slightly crunchy and add an incredible ingredient. We grate the ricotta salata on top to give that unique and delicate flavour. Wet with olive oil and put in the oven at 180° and cook for half an hour, more or less, this will depend on the power of your oven. Let’s take them out and enjoy them. We can serve them freshly taken out of the oven, or cold, because even at room temperature these fennels are delicious.
