180 g of 00 flour
180 g of sugar
180 g of vegetable oil
5 eggs
20 g of potato starch
1 sachet of baking powder
200 ml of fresh cream
2 organic oranges
A pinch of salt

Let’s start by preparing the chiffon cake compound. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt. Whip the dough with a whisk until you get a frothy consistency. Add the flour, the starch, the oil and mix with the whisk. Finally, we incorporate the yeast and leave aside.
