With just 3 ingredients and in just 5 minutes you can prepare creamy and enveloping truffles that will make you fall in love at first bite. You can customize these truffles by adding extra ingredients such as chopped walnuts, grated lemon zest or hazelnut liqueur for an even more delicious touch. Furthermore, if you want, you can vary the covering by using white or milk chocolate for a different and surprising flavour.

Ingredients

170 g of condensed milk
120 g of coconut grains
225 g of dark chocolate for the covering
coconut flakes to decorate to taste

How to prepare truffles with 3 ingredients

In a bowl, combine the condensed milk and coconut grain and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous and compact mixture. Form small balls with your hands and place them on a tray covered with baking paper.

Place the tray in the refrigerator and let cool for at least 30 minutes. In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, stirring occasionally. Take the coconut flakes balls from the fridge and dip them one at a time into the melted chocolate, making sure to cover them completely.

Place the truffles on another tray covered with baking paper and sprinkle some coconut flakes on the surface to decorate. Let the truffles cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
