THE Light, crunchy biscuits that are immediately ready I’m a fairy tale! Irresistible and very intriguing with their rustic appearance, they are those delicacies that you would never stop eating so much that they disappear from the serving tray in an instant. And when you know how healthy they are, then you eat them even more willingly also because they don’t make you fat and don’t threaten your silhouette right now that we’ve reached the swimsuit test. Ideal for coeliacs because they are butter-free, they are also very light since they do not contain butter.

With this recipe everyone can prepare them and with very little effort: even those who have never set foot behind the stove until now, and they are always delicious! We are talking about such exceptional sweets that it is always good to make a few more because otherwise you risk not being able to satisfy all the requests that arrive. And get ready! Cooking: oven, 180° for 15-17 minutes

  • two bowls
  • a whip
  • a spoon
  • a dripping pan
  • greaseproof paper
  • Ingredients for 30 biscuits
  • 120 g of gluten free oatmeal
  • 50 g of organic egg
  • 100 g of dark chocolate flakes
  • grated organic blood orange zest
  • 100 g of rolled oats
  • a spoonful of cold plain water
  • 100 ml of seed oil
  • the tip of a teaspoon of fine salt
  • 100 g of whole cane sugar
  • the tip of a teaspoon of baking powder for desserts

Light crunchy and immediately ready biscuits, procedure

In a bowl with a whisk, emulsify the oil with the water and the egg. In a second bowl mix the flour with the oat flakes, sugar, baking powder, chocolate flakes, citrus zest, salt. Now add the liquids to the single powder and mix them carefully using a spoon to have a uniform mixture that you will leave to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.

After the necessary time, balls of about 20 g which you will place at the right distance from each other on a dripping pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 180° for 15-17 minutes. At the end of cooking, take the biscuits out of the oven and let them cool before serving.
