Ingredients for 4 people
350 g of fresh tagliatelle
100 g of tomatoes
150 g of bacon
100 g of scamorza
50 g of pecorino romano to taste
1 onion
extra virgin olive oil to taste
salt to taste
oregano to taste

To prepare this first dish, we start by washing the tomatoes, cut them in half, then put plenty of water in the pan, bring to the boil and then add salt. Pour in the pasta and let it cook al dente and drain.

In the meantime, let’s dedicate ourselves to the seasoning, pour the extra virgin olive oil and the sliced onion into a large, non-stick pan and leave to brown. Add the bacon and peeled tomatoes and leave to cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Add the oregano and a little salt, you can also omit it.

Drain the pasta and transfer it to the pan, leave to flavor and add the scamorza in strips. Transfer to plates and add the grated pecorino romano.
