400 g of penne rigate
150 g of tomato puree
200 g of fresh cherry tomatoes
Basil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper as needed
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
250 g of burrata

How to prepare penne with creamy tomatoes and burrata

In a large pot, bring plenty of salted water to the boil and cook the penne following the instructions on the package for al dente cooking.
