Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half and set them aside. Let’s take the scampi and prawns (either we will have them cleaned by our trusted fish shop or we will proceed by following the advice in Recipe Sprint on cleaning prawns and scampi). We take a non-stick pan and pour the oil into it and brown the garlic. Cook for a few minutes, about 3/4 and then add the prawns and scampi to the casserole and adjust the salt. Add two liters of water and cook for 40 minutes.

Separately, sauté the oil, garlic and parsley and add the tomato pulp, cooking for 10 minutes. Add the scampi and prawns and cook for a few minutes, blending with the white wine. We take a saucepan and put salted water in it and bring it to a boil to cook the spaghetti. Let’s proceed and drain them al dente and when they are cooked we stir everything into the pan with the sauce. Serve and sprinkle with more chopped parsley and enjoy your meal!
