Let’s say we’re there now, we find it easy and if you want you can also buy it by seedlings, we’re here, the heat has arrived and basil can also be left outside. The list of ingredients is few and simple, but the simplest recipes are always the best!

Ingredients for pasta with sauce

400 g of spaghetti

400 g of datterino cherry tomatoes

salt

Lots of basil

Extra virgin olive oil

Garlic 2 cloves

Method for spaghetti with fresh tomatoes

Go and buy the datterino tomatoes, be generous with your pockets, they will be the best 5 euros spent in the last week, go home and take a nice pot with high sides if you want a wok and now add two turns of oil and fry the garlic cloves peeled but left whole.

In the meantime, put the cooking water on the heat and wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them all on a cutting board, rinse the basil well and keep it ready for use. Now once the garlic is well fried you can remove it and add the cherry tomatoes to the flavored oil, add a couple of ladles of cooking water, season with salt and cover.

Surely now the water will have boiled, throw in the pasta, drain it al dente directly into the wok, add the chopped basil, you are right on time to do everything, stir in also two of the pasta cooking water with a ladle, remove from the heat the wok, wait 20 seconds about and now you can add the parmesan, never return to the stove, otherwise the parmesan will start to string. Mix well and serve the spaghetti while still hot!
