A pack of sandwich bread
200 g of cooked ham
200 g of smoked scamorza
3 eggs
50ml of milk
100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Fresh parsley to taste
Butter to taste

Preparation of the quick filled pancarré cake

To make this quick and tasty dish, start by breaking the eggs into a bowl. Wash the parsley, pat it dry with a clean tea towel and chop it finely: add it to the eggs together with half the grated Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper, the milk and beat until the mixture is smooth.

Take a baking dish and butter it very well, then move on to the slices of bread: quickly dip them in the egg mixture obtained, drain well and arrange a first layer on the base.
