  • a drizzle of 100% Italian raw extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • cherry tomatoes to taste
  • a sprig of fresh parsley
  • the juice of one organic lime
  • 4 prawns

Remove the head, carapace and black thread from the prawns and then roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper, beat them to thin them and you will have a layer of fish which you will cool in the freezer.
