What makes this recipe so good and special? First of all, the softness of the minced beef, which will be enriched by the bread soaked in milk to make the meatloaf softer and tastier. The touch of flavor of Parmigiano Reggiano and chopped parsley will give the dish a unique and irresistible taste. But the real surprise lies in the filling: the hard-boiled eggs, the speck and the caciotta will make the meatloaf irresistibly stringy and creamy, giving a rich and enveloping note of flavour.
