  • two heaping tablespoons of corn oil
  • a pinch of fine salt
  • seed oil to taste for cooking
  • finely grated citrus peel
  • granulated sugar to taste to complete

Castagnole in air fryer, procedure

In a bowl, make a fountain of flour and pour the egg, the seed oil, the liqueur, the baking powder, the very finely grated citrus peel, a pinch of salt into its central hole. Mix all the ingredients until you have a uniform dough which you will remarry, wrapped in transparent film, for 30 minutes in the fridge.
