  • 1 onion
  • White wine

Method

To prepare this recipe, we recommend preparing crepes that require rest in the fridge.

In a bowl we put the flour, the eggs and the milk and work well, add the melted butter, salt and mix well. As soon as we get a homogeneous dough without lumps we stop. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for half an hour.
